Refund and Cancellation Policy
True Helpers provides clear rules for refunds and order cancellations. Customers receive refunds within 7 working days for approved requests. Orders can be cancelled anytime before the rider picks up the package. Once the rider picks up the delivery, you cannot cancel the order.
Cancellation Rules
- Before Pickup: You can cancel your order at any time before the delivery rider picks up the items.
- After Pickup: You cannot cancel the order once the rider has picked up the delivery from the pickup location.
- How to Cancel: Request a cancellation directly through your account dashboard before rider assignment.
Refund Rules
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed and credited within 7 working days.
- Eligibility: Refunds apply to cancelled orders before rider pickup or specific failed delivery cases approved by True Helpers.
- Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method or True Helpers wallet balance.
